Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from STBNY. (That’s our dog/unofficial Spin the Bottle mascot Nutleigh taking a well-deserved break after making that snowman all by herself. She’s quite gifted.) I hope your holidays have been filled with much joy, delicious food, and great wine. Here’s to the last few days of 2009, which will feature, among other things, the next installment in my “Better Know a Grape” series and a recipe for the perfect foil for champagne.
